It was a very small church then. I lived at 45 Englands Lane Loughton. My parents, Ron and Connie Currey were very active in the church and I believe my grandfather Ernest Currey was superintendent there before I was born. I read about the church in the New Life Easter paper - it's really encouraging to find out all God is doing. Sun, 21 Mar 2010 17:26:46 +0000 We really enjoyed the ladies ten pin bowling night. It was good to have 25 women there and to get to know each other better, having lots of chats and lots of laughter. Us three deaf ladies were able to mix with the hearing ladies and really enjoyed a chance to have an evening together. Well done to Pat she won the ladies bowling competition twice! I’m sure all of us ladies will be practicing to beat her time (ha ha). Nice that there are some pictures up in the church hall already – it was a really blessed night.
