Brian Collins is deaf. He is a deacon at Goldings.Read Brian's testimony here. Brian has been married to Janice (who is also deaf) since 1963. Both of their children are hearing and are now married. Brian's hobbies are mainly computer related. He also likes to swim. He runs a deaf housegroup and also preaches and teaches at Goldings. Brian worked as a sign language teacher for more than 20 years and eventually became a sign language examiner. He is now retired.

 

John Beaney is deaf. He married Joanna in 2008. John has a real heart for taking the gospel to deaf people. He preaches and teaches at Goldings, and will be involved in training a new Men's Ministry deaf discipleship group in 2009. John's hobbies are... anything related to electronics! He also enjoys the internet, Sci-Fi films (Star Trek, The Terminator etc), LOUD music, self-build projects, socialising with friends and going on outtings.
